




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, controlling, and evaluating the efficiency of warehousing, material handling, and transportation processes, managing teams and pursuing continuous improvement. Supplier negotiation and cost optimization Plan, control, and evaluate the efficiency of warehousing, goods handling, and transportation processes used by the company, based on the availability of physical, material, financial, and human resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and manage all logistics processes, supporting the development of short- and medium-term plans and goals to ensure the success of logistics operations; * Monitor performance indicators, controlling and periodically evaluating them while proposing process improvements; * Manage distribution and product transportation planning, fulfilling sales orders and delivery deadlines using SAP S/4HANA and EWM systems; * Supervise teams with analysis of costs and strategic and tactical processes; * Negotiate services with suppliers, partners, and customers. * Ensure continuous process improvement, delivering high-quality services. * Continuously conduct cost studies to ensure effective handling, warehousing, and distribution; * Monitor offer and demand orders and related information throughout the order cycle; * Manage all logistics and transportation activities to achieve the lowest possible cost. * Manage the budget of the area under responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience leading teams; * Logistics experience, with emphasis on Distribution; prior experience in the consumer goods sector is preferred; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and EWM systems is a plus. **Additional Information** We offer: * Market-competitive salary; * Medical and dental assistance; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Career development plan.
