Adhere to the professional code of ethics and applicable legislation as standard practice; maintain ethical conduct, acting respectfully and in alignment with institutional values; treat all individuals courteously, demonstrating enthusiasm and planning; promptly inform your immediate supervisor of absences, delays, or request permission for scheduled absences/early departures; actively participate in actions, trainings, and meetings conducted by nursing supervision and coordination; follow departmental PRSs and POPs when performing activities; use departmentally prescribed PPEs; prepare patients for hemodynamic procedures per nursing prescriptions, and administer medications when necessary and requested by physicians; instruct patients regarding the procedures they will undergo; escort patients to examination rooms for procedure execution; assist the team during procedures as circulating staff in examination rooms; remove patients from examination rooms and escort them to recovery rooms; monitor patients and observe vital signs in SRPA; immediately notify nurses/physicians of any patient complications; document nursing notes in the Gesthos system pre- and post-procedure; print documentation and attach it to the medical record for billing; provide post-procedure rest and medication instructions to patients; perform daily equipment checklists for examination and recovery rooms and record findings on the designated form; set up procedure tables according to the scheduled procedures’ requirements; drape patients with surgical drapes after aseptic preparation of the procedure site, applying all aseptic techniques; dismantle surgical tables after procedures; maintain cleanliness and organization in examination rooms before, during, and after procedures; dismantle tables and immediately transport metallic materials to decontamination, remove visible soil with water, and spray Primer prior to subsequent dispatch to CME; clean gowns every Friday; provide assistance in other hospital departments if staffing is insufficient and such reallocation is required; attend departmental and on-demand trainings; transfer patients from Hemodynamics to inpatient units and/or ICU; observe safety standards, environmental control regulations, and other internal policies and/or legislation relevant to assigned duties; complete room logs, OPME material control sheets, nursing progress notes, and pharmacy material and medication sheets; assist nurses in manual compression and compressive dressing after removing the introducer from the patient’s femoral, radial, or brachial region; replenish CME materials for Hemodynamics and Endoscopy departments at specified times: Contaminated materials: 22:00–23:00 / Sterile materials: 05:00–06:00; deliver soiled materials from Hemodynamics and Endoscopy to CME at established times; clean and organize the Hemodynamics department for the following day; clean, organize, and restock Cardiology and Ultrasound service rooms; remove Holter monitors from patients when necessary; verify all materials and their expiration dates; disinfect laryngoscopes after use; perform terminal cleaning over weekends per task schedule; verify instrument/materiel and medication kits used in the department; replenish department linens; request engineering clinical service orders (O.S.) when equipment malfunctions; perform other tasks similar to those described above, as directed by management. 2511050202231849270
