Job Summary: Oversee all daily operations and growth of a clinic, ensuring continuous development, revenue generation, and service excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Translation of business strategy into operational team execution Manage the entire operational routine and growth of the clinic (Reception, Consultation Rooms, and commercial support), ensuring continuous development and increasing unit revenue while preserving staffing levels and service excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Propose improvements, monitor results, and maintain constant focus on growth, cost reduction, and service delivery focused on excellence; * Control, update, and archive essential documents required for local clinic operations; * Translate business strategy from partners to the operations team; * Monitor cash flow and expenses (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual); * Manage and control clinic activities and processes; * Serve as the interface between the company and clients; * Manage internal and external teams; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role; * Proficiency in Excel.
