This professional engages in developing commercial proposals, drafting contracts, maintaining direct client contact, and conducting market analysis, thereby contributing to the clinic’s growth and organization. **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1\. **Commercial Management:** Develop detailed and customized commercial proposals, always aiming for optimal negotiation outcomes for the company; draft and review service provision contracts; maintain direct client contact to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. 2\. **Financial Management:** Be responsible for receiving payments for services rendered, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately and efficiently; maintain control over financial flows related to sales and negotiations. 3\. **Surgery Coordination:** Schedule surgeries, coordinating staff availability and necessary logistics to ensure smooth procedures; guarantee that all logistical details are organized efficiently and effectively. 4\. **Customer Support:** Provide ongoing customer support by proactively responding to inquiries and resolving issues; maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized and efficient service. 5\. **Reporting and Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all commercial transactions and client interactions; prepare and present periodic reports on commercial and financial activities.
