Attend to and strengthen relationships with members, ensuring efficient and humanized support. Contribute to financial and operational sustainability by controlling administrative processes, performing collections, and maintaining records—ensuring service excellence and continuous growth of the membership portfolio. ***Requirements:*** * Completed high school education; preferred qualifications include technical or undergraduate degrees in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields. * Experience in sales and customer service, emphasizing quality and efficiency; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to argue persuasively; * Results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving goals and performance targets; * General knowledge of sales techniques and processes. * Proficiency with technology and digital tools (spreadsheets, CRM, email/digital outreach platforms). * Teamwork skills to collaboratively achieve shared goals. * Responsible and disciplined handling of confidential information, upholding ethics and respect toward members and colleagues; * Openness and receptiveness to receiving tasks and guidance from management. ***Benefits:*** Meal Allowance, Medical and Dental Plans, Life Insurance, Education Assistance, Gympass.
