Development in a collaborative and continuously learning environment We are seeking a proactive and communicative intern to work in the NPS (Net Promoter Score) department, supporting satisfaction surveys and customer relationship management. We value individuals who enjoy listening, learning from feedback, and transforming data into actions that deliver real impact on customer experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Conduct NPS surveys** via phone, e\-mail, and digital tools, ensuring careful outreach and aiming for a high response rate. * **Record, organize, and validate survey data** in systems and spreadsheets, ensuring information quality. * **Perform preliminary analysis** of results, identifying patterns, trends, and critical points in the customer experience. * **Generate reports and dashboards** with actionable insights and relevant metrics for internal departments. * **Monitor and follow\-up** with promoters, passives, and detractors as needed, supporting recovery or engagement initiatives. * **Identify improvement opportunities** in processes and service delivery, proposing joint actions with responsible departments. * **Participate in meetings** to present results, discuss actions, and monitor initiative progress. * **Maintain clear and empathetic communication** with customers and teams, reinforcing high-quality service. * Build and strengthen interpersonal relationships with **promoters and supervisors**, ensuring excellence in activity outcomes; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Requirements** * Currently enrolled in **Administration, Marketing, or Management Processes** (between the **2nd and 6th semester**); * Strong **written and verbal communication skills**; * **Teamwork orientation** and ability to thrive in a **collaborative environment**; * **Organized, proactive, and curious mindset** for continuous learning. **Salary** R$ 792 per month **Additional Information** Schedule: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (with 2-hour lunch break) Monday to Friday Location: Madalena – Recife/PE Benefits: \* Meal allowance: R$ 330.00 \* Transportation allowance: as needed Extras: \* Birthday Day Off \* Mediquo (gym membership) \* Dental plan \* Various partnerships \* Intern Development Program (PDE) — opportunity to increase stipend up to 3x during the contract Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Payment: R$750.00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
