Job Summary: This role involves monitoring product availability, conducting new employee integration, tracking performance indicators, managing operational procedures, and handling merchandise reconciliation. Track team performance indicators and manage operations **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor product availability at the point of sale and coordinate with unit management regarding restocking needs; * Lead the onboarding process for new employees; * Track daily and monthly team performance indicators, identifying gaps relative to established targets; * Be responsible for opening and closing operational procedures; * Conduct merchandise verification and arrange issuance of adjustment invoices when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Must reside in Belo Horizonte or surrounding areas (on-site work at BH Outlet); * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule.
