Job Summary: Responsible for leading and overseeing workshop activities, ensuring maintenance services are executed with quality and safety, while managing the technical team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical team leadership and quality assurance for maintenance services. 2. Management of service orders, diagnostics, and performance monitoring. 3. Focus on organization, safety, and compliance with operational standards. Responsible for leading and overseeing workshop activities, ensuring corrective and preventive maintenance services are executed with quality, safety, and within established deadlines. Manages the technical team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures. Controls service orders, monitors diagnostics and repairs, ensures proper use of tools and equipment, and tracks area performance indicators. Also responsible for maintaining workplace organization and enforcing safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide mechanics and assistants * Assign and monitor service orders * Ensure quality and efficiency in performed services * Perform technical diagnostics when necessary * Monitor team deadlines and productivity * Ensure compliance with safety regulations * Support inventory control of parts and tools * Report results and needs to management **Requirements:** * Experience in maintenance (light or heavy vehicles) * Technical knowledge in mechanics * Experience in team leadership * Organizational skills and sense of priority * Strong communication skills
