We are looking for a **Cost Supervisor** who goes beyond cost control — someone who transforms data into intelligence and directly contributes to business growth. Description The Cost Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling the company's operational costs, ensuring process efficiency and achievement of established financial targets. Responsibilities * Ensure planning and control activities for agricultural costs (inputs, labor, machinery, and services); * Monitor costs per crop, field parcel, and harvest season, ensuring traceability and accuracy of information; * Implement seasonal planning in the system and update it according to field information; * Perform monthly closing of ongoing areas and crops jointly with the field technical team; * Monitor cost budgets through coordinated execution of tasks with agricultural managers; * Lead cost review meetings and prepare summary/analytical reports; * Support and guide managers in decision-making by developing cost reduction projects, analyzing deviations from plans, and implementing action plans; * Monitor and analyze maintenance costs and machine performance indicators (hours worked, fuel consumption, preventive maintenance status, etc.), planning machine renewal; * Establish key performance indicators per machine, presenting comparative analyses of consumption vs. output; * Control inventory of spare parts, fuels, and chemical products, performing physical inventories at intervals not exceeding 30 days; * Control recording of field applications and field activity logs; * Analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs, proposing action plans; * Support development and revision of the annual agricultural budget; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or productivity; * Lead teams (where applicable), ensuring alignment, organization, and timely delivery in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requirements * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in cost control and financial planning * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI * Ability to work collaboratively in teams * Strong communication skills and analytical capability
