Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and supervising building maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and conservation activities to ensure the organization and security of assets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of building maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping. 2. Assisting users, customers, and managers. 3. Ensuring the organization, security, and preservation of assets. Monitor and supervise building maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and conservation activities in common areas. Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify repair needs and report incidents to management. Supervise service providers and suppliers during the execution of activities within the building premises. Control and request consumable materials required for operations. Support management in overseeing outsourced teams to ensure compliance with routines and quality standards. Assist users, customers, and managers by providing support for operational issues related to the unit’s functioning. Ensure the organization, security, and preservation of assets. Record incidents and prepare reports when necessary. Support supervision of compliance with safety regulations, use of PPEs, and internal procedures. Assist in organizing operational tasks and responding to client requests. **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Personal vehicle
