Together, we always deliver our best. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position The professional will work in Dasa's **Private Business Unit**, focusing on **sustaining and growing private revenue** — i.e., revenue not involving health insurance providers — while supporting the operations of units under their responsibility. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to private revenue, supporting unit performance analysis. * Support visits to regional units, contributing to identifying improvement opportunities and relationship-building actions. * Support the execution and monitoring of commercial initiatives aimed at growing private revenue. * Assist in developing and monitoring action plans with units, focusing on engagement and results. * Support implementation of projects and actions defined for the private business, ensuring alignment with operational units. * Contribute to preparing periodic performance reports, including result analyses and performance assessments. * Participate in meetings with administrative and operational departments, supporting team alignment. * Act as a support in disseminating a relationship-oriented, results-driven culture across units. **Requirements and Qualifications** To transform healthcare, you need: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (indicator analysis and presentations); * Experience in field visits and cultural expansion is a plus; * Knowledge of behavioral change and sales management; * Familiarity with the healthcare market is a plus; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte \- MG By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs — check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Allowance / Food Allowance or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Allowance.
