We are assembling a high-performance team to transform the M&A market for small and medium-sized enterprises in Brazil. Here, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, with full autonomy to build relationships with investors and clients—from start to finish of each transaction. We seek someone with strategic thinking, energy to handle multiple projects, and a results-driven mindset. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct detailed financial analyses, projections (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), and valuations using various valuation methodologies; * Participate in the entire M&A process—from preparing sales materials to supporting due diligence; * Identify opportunities and develop strategic materials (teasers, prospect lists, performance reports); * Support communication with clients, investors, and partners, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project stages; * Monitor and update prospecting metrics, results, and deal progress; * Structure timelines and ensure delivery excellence. **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of accounting and finance, with applied analytical capability for corporate negotiations; * Strong commercial experience, including skills to lead and support corporate negotiation processes; * Leadership abilities to guide and direct assistant teams during project phases; * Excellent communication skills, with clarity when interacting with clients, investors, and internal teams; * Preferred: Prior experience in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) processes. **Benefits:** * Flexible transportation and meal allowances; * Monthly flexible benefit for personal investment as you choose; * Breakfast and afternoon snack; * Flexible working hours; * Partnership Program; * Collaborative environment with space for professional growth and development.
