Job Summary: Responsible for organizing the pantry, preparing coffee, and supporting internal executive management and corporate meetings, ensuring organization, hygiene, and administrative support. Preparation of beverages and simple meals **Purpose of the Role:** Responsible for organizing the pantry, preparing coffee, and supporting internal executive management and corporate meetings, ensuring organization, hygiene, and support for administrative routines. **Daily Responsibilities:** · Prepare coffee, teas, and other beverages for employees and executive management. · Serve coffee and beverages in meeting rooms and executive offices upon request. · Assist in preparing simple meals for executive management (where applicable). · Organize, sanitize, and maintain the pantry in appropriate working condition. · Wash and organize pantry utensils (cups, glasses, cutlery, and equipment). · Monitor and replenish pantry consumables (coffee, sugar, sweeteners, napkins, water, etc.). · Support the organization of coffee breaks and internal meetings when necessary. · Keep the refrigerator, cabinets, and pantry equipment clean and organized. · Report the need to replenish supplies or any equipment issues. **Occasional Responsibilities:** · Prepare simple meals for executive management or guests when required. · Support internal events or corporate meetings. · Assist in organizing food and utensils used during institutional gatherings.
