Job Summary: Responsible for washing and sanitizing utensils, keeping the bar clean and organized, preparing ingredients and beverages, managing inventory, and adhering to hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked 2. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages 3. Strictly follow hygiene and food safety regulations Wash and sanitize glasses and bar utensils; Always keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked; Cut and prepare fruits, garnishes, and drink ingredients; Restock utensils, glasses, napkins, and supporting materials as needed; Monitor beverage inventory and request replenishment when necessary; Check product expiration dates and quality before use; Strictly follow hygiene, food safety, and good food handling practices; Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the menu and house standards; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance
