The work schedule is 30 hours per week under a rotating 6x1 shift system, with alternating days off on Saturday or Sunday. From Monday to Friday, working hours are from 4:00 PM to 8:40 PM, including a 20-minute break; on weekends, shifts run from 8:40 AM to 6:20 PM, with a one-hour meal and rest break. The professional will be responsible for directly supporting food preparation, kitchen organization and cleaning, ingredient pre-preparation, dish assembly, and assistance to chefs — always ensuring the hygiene and quality required by a high-standard cafeteria. They will also assist in restocking items, monitoring supplies, and maintaining order in the workplace, contributing to an agile and efficient production flow. ### **Prerequisites** We seek a committed, punctual, and organized individual who can work effectively in a team and is willing to handle the dynamic routine of a kitchen. Prior experience as a kitchen assistant will be considered an advantage, but we also welcome candidates with interest and motivation to learn. ### **Benefits** The average monthly salary is R$ 1\.800,00, comprising R$ 1\.180,00 fixed plus approximately R$ 620,00 in tips.
