Focus on hygiene and food safety **Local choperia in Uberaba - MG is hiring a Cook to:** * Prepare meats on grill (char broiler) and barbecue; * Monitor doneness and quality of food items; * Organize and clean the work area; * Assist in food pre-preparation; * Follow hygiene and food safety standards; * Support the kitchen team as needed; **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Knowledge of meat preparation; * Experience with char broiler (industrial grill) and/or barbecue; **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM * Saturday: 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM; * Sunday: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM; **Salary/Benefits:** * Salary R$ 1.800,00 + Bonus R$ 666,00, final salary R$ 2.466,00;
