Teamwork and good communication **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and occasionally some Saturdays. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Responsibilities:** Perform pre\-preparation and preparation of dishes, side dishes, and desserts according to the menu. Monitor quality, taste, and presentation of dishes. Decorate dishes and tables according to established guidelines. Develop individualized meal plans, meeting customer requests. Taste dishes before distribution to ensure quality standards. Evaluate raw materials used and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Supervise meal distribution, ensuring adherence to established standards. Maintain workplace hygiene by cleaning equipment and utensils. Guide kitchen assistants and support meal packaging and sanitation as needed. Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate PPE. Contribute to organizing and maintaining the work environment, promoting an agreeable space. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** Previous experience in this role. Creativity and attention to detail.
