




Job Summary: The Financial Assistant will be responsible for operational routines, ensuring the processing of receipts and the organization of financial information, performing reconciliations and bill tracking. A team of experts passionate about results We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support operational routines within the department, ensuring accurate processing of receipts and proper organization of financial information. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, bill tracking, returns handling, and updating reports, all while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the company’s financial processes. **Responsibilities:** * Process payments received via bank slips; * Send and track bank slip remittances; * Block delinquent customers; * Issue return invoices and process customer returns; * Organize and save financial documents in designated folders for accounting; * Periodically update dashboards and reports (B.I.); * Manually record payments processed via Pagar.me; * Respond to email requests, including cancellations and chargebacks; * Record credit card payments; * Handle dispute requests; * Draft and send cancellation letters; * Link advance payments in the financial system. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in financial or administrative routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Working Hours:** ✔ Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ✔ Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** Health and dental insurance ️ Lunch at the company cafeteria Product discounts Afternoon snacks and fruits ️ Life insurance Mental health program (Central Acolhe) **Work Location:** * Downtown, Ipatinga **Join a team of experts passionate about results, who value collaboration and continuous learning.
