Requires proactivity, strong communication skills, and willingness to engage continuously with customers. **Responsibilities** * Conduct in-person and online training for customers on equipment usage; * Lead hands-on demonstrations and equipment testing; * Serve customers through various communication channels (WhatsApp, Skype, phone, e\-mail), providing technical support and clarifying doubts; * Ensure customer satisfaction by conveying confidence and technical expertise; * Support implementation and proper use of equipment supplied by the company; * Maintain records of customer interactions and conducted trainings, ensuring an up-to-date history; * Demonstrate proactivity in problem resolution and customer guidance. **Required Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in Engineering or Technical Surveying programs; * Availability to intern 6 hours per day during business hours (between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM); * Residence in BELO HORIZONTE/MG or surrounding area. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Driver's license category B; * English language proficiency. **What We Offer:** * Flexible Meal/food allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Birthday day\-off; * METILIFE Life Insurance.
