Job Summary: Senior professional to structure and evolve the PMO, developing and maintaining dashboards, consolidating information, and disseminating project management best practices. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic PMO experience to define methodologies and governance. 2. Support for project portfolio management and dissemination of best practices. 3. Bachelor's degree with an MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management (mandatory). **Main Responsibilities:** * Structure and evolve the Project Management Office (PMO), defining methodologies, standards, templates, and governance. * Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for monitoring the project portfolio. * Consolidate project information and prepare reports for various organizational levels, including leadership and executive management. * Support project leaders in planning, control, and use of tools (MS Project and OnePlan). * Support project portfolio management, performance indicators, and prioritization. * Disseminate project management best practices, agile methodologies, and Lean. **Required Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management (mandatory). **Experience Level:** * Senior. **Essential Knowledge:** * Experience in strategic PMO. * Advanced Power BI and Excel. * MS Project and OnePlan. * Agile methodologies and Lean (mandatory). * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels. * Knowledge of industrial construction projects will be considered a plus.
