Main Responsibilities * Initial client contact (in-person, WhatsApp, and phone); * Organization of client documents and files; * Calendar management and scheduling; * Support in the firm's administrative routines; * Support to the legal team; * Assistance in client acquisition, including external activities when necessary. Requirements * Experience in sales or commercial customer service; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Proficiency in public-facing interactions; * Completed high school education. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in a law firm or knowledge of the legal field. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Transportation Allowance
