At Dr. Hair — a reference in non-surgical hair treatment — you will be the first point of contact for customers at the unit, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and professional experience from start to finish. * Greet customers, provide support, and guide them within the unit. * Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages, responding to inquiries courteously. * Manage the unit’s appointment and procedure schedule. * Perform registrations, updates, and maintain medical records/systems. * Support the sales team in scheduling assessments and follow-ups. * Maintain organization of the reception area and treatment rooms. * Provide administrative support to the Prime unit coordinator. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a receptionist, unit assistant, or in a similar role. * In-person and telephone/WhatsApp customer service experience. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and empathy. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative routines. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with software/online scheduling systems. * Availability to work under CLT employment terms during extended business hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in aesthetics clinics, healthcare, beauty, or wellness settings. * Experience in consultative sales or supporting a sales team. * Ability to interact effectively with high-expectation clientele (Prime standard). * Interest in pursuing a career in customer service/unit management.
