Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare, execute, and monitor impregnated paper production; adjust the process according to pre\-established quality results; perform general cleaning of equipment in the area; keep the area clean and organized; * Verify the production plan and the CF (Manufacturing Condition) of the product to be produced; * Verify the production sequence, positioning the first coil to be produced in front of the hydraulic table of the uncoiler; remove paper packaging; verify the uncoiling direction; and assess the physical condition of the coil regarding dents, holes, and lateral cuts, frontal dents/cuts/holes, lateral finishing, and splice counts as specified; * Verify methods and operational conditions for impregnated paper production and initiate production; * Control the impregnation process per operational instructions and guide assistants in support activities; * Collect a sample of impregnated paper and conduct specified technological quality tests per operational instructions; * Continue paper impregnation per production plans, placing a new coil on the uncoiler and following operational instructions for the process; * Request the pallet packaging assistant to prepare the next pallet to be produced; * Ensure impregnated paper production by conducting technological and dimensional quality tests per operational instructions, and enter data into SAP for product control and traceability; * Verify dimensional characteristics of impregnated paper, recording them in SAP upon completion of each pallet or coil produced; * Generate identification labels via SAP, to be affixed to pallets or coils by the assistant; * Enter into SAP the values and types of defects (waste due to scrap or process) for each base coil produced; * Report all production stoppages in SAP; interrupt the paper impregnation process by stopping line equipment as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical Industrial training preferred; * Experience in this role and/or related areas; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it may be**.
