Job Summary: The Collections Assistant will contact clients to resolve financial outstanding issues, manage contracts, and update registrations, following company procedures. Key Highlights: 1. The Collections Assistant will establish contact with clients to resolve financial outstanding issues, manage contracts, and update registrations, following work instructions defined in the company's standard operating procedure manual. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Keep equipment and the workplace organized and well-maintained; * Contact delinquent clients to schedule meetings for renegotiating existing debts, in accordance with internal company policies; * Identify delinquent clients based on data available in the computerized system; * Send correspondence inviting clients who abandoned treatment to return; * Send collection letters to delinquent clients; * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training sessions provided by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum education: completed high school; * Intermediate computer skills; * Basic knowledge of mathematical calculations.
