Enter data into systems and spreadsheets. Attend to customers, suppliers, and colleagues (via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, or in person). Support financial routines, such as accounts payable and receivable. Prepare simple reports and assist in information control. Provide support to various company departments (HR, finance, sales, etc.). Manage schedules, correspondence, and internal documents. Maintain an organized and functional workplace. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Secretary, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
