Job Summary: A professional responsible for creating the entire visual ecosystem of the agency and its clients, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of high-performance artworks and videos for Social Media. 2. Development of Visual Identity and graphic materials. 3. Passion for challenges and desire to innovate and experiment with new formats. \- Position Challenge (Responsibilities) The professional will be responsible for creating the entire visual ecosystem of the agency and our clients, working on **ONLINE and OFFLINE** projects, ensuring **brand consistency** across all platforms. * Creation of artworks, storyboards, and high-performance videos for **Social Media** (feeds, stories, reels, carousels, ads, etc.). * Development of **Visual Identity** (logos, color palettes, typography) and application across various materials. * Creation of **Offline** graphic materials (posters, flyers, brochures, stationery) with focus on *pre-press* (print preparation). * Production of **product and digital environment mockups** for client presentation and approval. * Organization and maintenance of project files and *libraries*, ensuring traceability and material quality. * Support for the Marketing/Content team through *benchmarking*, creative suggestions, and development of **Internal Marketing** materials. \- Required Qualifications and Requirements * Education (enrolled from the 4th semester onward or completed) in **Graphic Design**, Advertising and Public Relations, Digital Media, or related fields. * Proficiency in the Adobe Suite: **Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro** (or equivalent video editing software). * Advanced knowledge of **Graphic Composition, Color Theory, and Typography**. * Proven experience in creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and print formats. \- Preferred Qualifications and Requirements * Knowledge of **After Effects** or other *Motion Graphics* tools. * Layout skills for extensive materials (InDesign). * Familiarity with **CorelDraw** (for legacy or specific projects). \- What We Seek (Behavioral Profile) * **Creativity, Proactivity, and refined Aesthetic Sense.** * Ability to work with **Agile Methodologies** (rapid deliveries and constant iterations). * Excellent interpersonal and **written communication** skills for receiving and delivering feedback. * Self-motivation and organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Passion for challenges and willingness to **innovate** and experiment with new content formats.
