Senior Cost Analyst / Controller | CLT

We are currently in the **process of structuring the department** and seeking a **Senior Cost Analyst / Controller** to work strategically, supporting industrial management and decision-making that directly impact the company’s efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness. Key responsibilities: * Calculate and analyze industrial production costs * Conduct comparisons between **standard cost and actual cost** * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains * Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the **budget and forecast** * Assess profitability by product, production line, and/or customer * Perform economic feasibility analyses of projects * Prepare managerial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Consolidate information from production, sales, and logistics departments * Support executive leadership in strategic analysis and decision-making Requirements: * Degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Economics**, or related fields * Experience in **industrial costing and controlling** * Knowledge of **ERP TOTVS** * Advanced Excel and **Power BI** * Proficiency in accounting standards **BR GAAP and IFRS** Desired profile: * Analytical, critical, and detail-oriented mindset * Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial data * Proactivity and organizational skills * Systemic business perspective * Ethics and responsibility in handling information Compensation and benefits: * **Salary:** R$ 6\.573,50 * Meal allowance: R$ 460,00 (15% payroll deduction) * Grocery allowance: R$ 123,00 * Cleaning and polishing kit * On-site meals (daily co-payment) * Health and dental plans (optional) * TotalPass (optional) * Tangará Club (optional) Employment type: Permanent CLT Payment: Starting from R$6\.573,50 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
