Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Implementing the company’s and division’s commercial strategies; * Achieving sales targets and generating profitability for your area; * Driving business expansion through customer prospecting and reactivation; * Planning and conducting monthly visits to your customer portfolio based on a strategic route, ensuring 100% monthly coverage of the portfolio; * Conducting consultative sales by recommending solutions aligned with each customer’s profile and needs; * Recording and reporting all daily activities, visits, sales, and field information using the company’s tools and systems; * Maintaining ethical, professional conduct aligned with the company’s values and guidelines at all times while working in the field. What we expect from you: * Completed high school education; * Experience in external sales; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools; * Experience with technical products is desirable; * Resilient, results-oriented profile with strong customer focus.
