Owner mindset and alignment between pedagogical and business objectives We are seeking a Pedagogical Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for integrating academic excellence with institutional standardization and strategic vision, promoting student and teacher engagement, and ensuring compliance with pedagogical and administrative processes at the unit. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor the teaching\-learning process, proposing pedagogical actions that enhance student satisfaction and retention; * Monitor teacher performance, organizing and participating in training sessions, pedagogical meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Monitor and organize class schedules, academic documents, and unit indicators (e.g., attendance, dropout rate, academic performance); * Actively participate in meetings with the school’s strategic departments; * Implement student onboarding and support activities, reinforcing institutional culture and ensuring value delivery; * Execute institutional systemic processes, such as class management, enchantment classes, thematic events, among others; * Adopt an owner mindset, aligning pedagogical practices with business sustainability; * Support the department in relationship-building and communication initiatives, fostering a synergistic, collaborative, and productive environment; * Ensure timely updates and organization of internal systems. **GROWTH OPPORTUNITY!** Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or related fields; * Skills in people management, assertive communication, and leadership; * Organizational skills, discipline, and proactivity in process monitoring; * Familiarity with standardized routines and processes. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with academic management systems and educational platforms; * Experience in an educational environment; * Ability to work with goals and performance indicators (KPIs).
