We value respect and continuous learning, believing each Juan brings a new flame to our fire. **WORK LOCATION:** BH Shopping \- Rodovia BR 356, 3049 Loja 61 \- Piso MA \- Belvedere, Belo Horizonte \- MG, 30320\-900 **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare the parrilla mise en place for the grill master, including utensils and seasonings. * Prepare appetizers, fish, guinea fowl, burgers, and parrilla side dishes according to the Pobre Juan recipe to fulfill customer orders. * Perform daily cleaning of hoods and water pumps.
