Continuous improvement and standardization of workflow processes The Junior Administrative Manager is responsible for supporting the organization and execution of internal routines at London Cosméticos, ensuring efficiency, control, and alignment among the Administrative, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service departments. This role focuses on processes, organization, and analysis, without direct involvement in commercial operations or sales. This professional contributes to standardizing workflow processes, monitoring KPIs, reducing rework, improving internal communication, and supporting senior management in the company's administrative governance. The role is performed in a structured, organized, and continuously improvement-oriented manner. Main Responsibilities 1\. Processes and Internal Organization – Map, document, and review administrative processes. – Monitor the execution of internal routines to ensure standardization. – Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and support the implementation of new workflows. – Maintain an up-to-date repository of documents, controls, and internal policies. 2\. General Administrative Support – Manage schedules, internal controls, deadlines, and executive requests. – Monitor contracts, corporate documents, and institutional information. – Organize digital and physical files, ensuring traceability and order. 3\. Operational Management of Internal Departments – Support the Finance department in administrative routines (entries, reconciliations, payment organization). – Support Logistics in internal controls, documentation, and operational alignment. – Support Customer Service in standardizing internal procedures. 4\. Control and Monitoring – Create and monitor internal administrative performance indicators. – Prepare reports for senior management with simple and objective analyses. – Monitor ClickUp usage, ensuring tasks and workflows are updated and followed. 5\. Costs, Efficiency, and Internal Compliance – Identify opportunities to reduce administrative costs without compromising quality. – Ensure adherence to internal regulations, policies, and defined processes. – Support audit activities and documentary compliance. 6\. Internal Culture and Communication – Assist in promoting a process-oriented and organized culture. – Facilitate cross-departmental communication to prevent errors and rework. – Support onboarding of new employees into administrative routines. 7\.
