We have an opportunity for the position of **Archivist.** We seek a professional with knowledge and experience in the field, possessing a proactive, organized profile and assertiveness in deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for industrial equipment. * Ensure the availability and reliability of production assets. * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, availability). * Lead and guide mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation maintenance teams. * Assign tasks according to operational priority. * Develop and technically train employees. * Prepare maintenance schedules aligned with production. * Participate in planning meetings for scheduled shutdowns. * Ensure adherence to maintenance plans. * Collaborate with operations to minimize production impacts. * Support failure analysis and propose process improvements. * Ensure rapid response to operational emergencies. * Monitor maintenance costs and resource utilization. * Control materials, spare parts, and tools. * Prepare technical and managerial reports. * Participate in failure analyses (RCFA). * Implement continuous improvement actions and extend equipment service life. * Support engineering projects and industrial modifications. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs). * Guarantee execution of activities according to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. * Promote safety culture and sound environmental practices. * Utilize maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP PM or similar). * Create, track, and close work orders. * Ensure traceability of performed interventions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical degree in administration/accounting or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD), as per Decree No. 5.296 dated 12/02/2004.** **Additional Information** Benefits: * Transportation; * Meals; * Life Insurance; * Health Plan; We are an inquisitive company that has always sought to do things differently and better.
