Join Nexa and be part of mining that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Address electrical technical issues, aiming for rapid diagnosis and correction to ensure the availability of fixed equipment at the Mine; * Perform tasks according to scheduled weekly electrical maintenance work orders as well as corrective work orders, monitoring their progress to ensure achievement of maintenance KPIs for fixed equipment at the Mine; * Support the development of newly hired employees to ensure their technical competence and safety; * Immediately report all unsafe conditions and incidents to the immediate supervisor, enabling timely and effective containment actions; * Perform, at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, other routine or specific project-based tasks of the same nature and complexity level as those inherent to the position; * Complete the training schedule covering general standards and operational procedures defined in the Company’s Management System to ensure adequate and satisfactory performance of job-related activities, contributing to achieving and/or maintaining the Company’s certifications and operational results; * Fulfill health, safety, environment, and quality obligations, guidance, schedules, and training as stipulated in the Company’s established procedural standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * **Technical training program:** Electroelectronics, Electromechanical, Electrical; * **Experience** * **Driver's license:** Class B * **Active CRT (Technical Registration Certificate)** **Skills and Competencies:** * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; * Installation and maintenance of electrical systems (low/high voltage); * Knowledge of soft-starters and frequency inverters; * Knowledge of PLCs and automation systems; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Proactive approach to safety. **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and at ease being themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
