Customer and supplier service Uberlândia Brazil Sales, Customer Service & Origination **Job Description - External Recruitment** JOB OBJECTIVE Perform administrative and commercial support activities related to the consolidation of cereal inventory information, agricultural and climatic data, as well as customer and supplier service, payment request processing, and document organization—ensuring reliable information to support regional and corporate management decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES * Consolidate cereal inventory movements across Units using systems and electronic means, providing inputs to regional and corporate management for commercial decisions. * Consolidate information on available cereal quantities (corn and soybeans) in the operational region, including monitoring planted and harvested areas, to support market analysis and commercial planning. * Consolidate rainfall and climate information for the operational region using electronic means to support regional management’s commercial decisions. * Process various payment requests via an information system, ensuring timely settlement of obligations with suppliers according to established deadlines. * Provide telephone support to customers, suppliers, and Units, offering assistance and guidance as needed. * Archive and organize departmental documents, ensuring easy access, control, and traceability of information.
