Management and organization of spare parts and warehouse Uberlândia Brazil Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, and Utilities **Job Description - External Recruitment** **To succeed, you need...** * Completed Technical Education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Knowledge and experience in industrial electrical systems, preferably within production lines; * Familiarity with Excel; * Basic mechanical knowledge. **Expectations for the technician in this position...** * Participate in PET bottling production by performing corrective interventions and overhauls on machines and equipment; train team members on autonomous maintenance; coordinate monthly preventive maintenance activities; interface between manufacturer technicians and internal teams; integrate and participate in asset management programs to improve production line performance and availability; analyze energy consumption and improve electrical breakdown and stoppage indicators in bottling operations; * Monitor the production process and its key performance indicators to identify failures or opportunities for improvement. * Perform corrective maintenance tasks such as overhaul of pneumatic cylinders, nozzles, valves, label transfer cylinders, vacuum cylinders, gearmotors, motors, sensors, preform/bottle transfer arms, and grippers. * Implement and monitor equipment lubrication programs, ensuring correct quantity and specification per manufacturer guidelines. * Conduct utility area checklists—including high-pressure and low-pressure compressors, cooling towers, high-pressure and low-pressure air dryers, mold chilling units, and oil cooling systems—and intervene immediately upon identifying faults at inspected points. * Ensure proper management, organization, and cleanliness of the PET warehouse and mechanical workshop, accurately recording spare parts and equipment withdrawals and additions in the control spreadsheet. * Manage centrally stocked spare parts to guarantee timely replenishment, accurate inventory updates, and especially appropriate and strategic usage of locally stored items. * Identify new spare parts suppliers to reduce maintenance costs without compromising equipment quality or performance. **#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
