Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT \- BELO HORIZONTE \- MG*** **are:** * Partner closely with mid-level leadership to anticipate People and Management needs and connect demands with specialist areas (Development, Compensation, Budgeting, Talent Acquisition & Selection, among others). * Promote management practices aligned with the Company’s culture, strengthening leaders’ effectiveness. * Support end-to-end execution of the People Cycle (Performance Evaluation, Calibration, Feedback, and Individual Development Plan), ensuring high-quality deliverables and guidance for leaders. * Facilitate development conversations and support potential assessments of employees. * Monitor, cascade, and execute experience initiatives such as Trilhar, BP Recebe, and Squad-led actions. * Support engagement initiatives—from foundational setup and system support to post-survey action planning. * Track key people management indicators (overtime bank, turnover, workforce movements) to support decision-making. * Monitor and control personnel budget against defined targets. * Support preparation of monthly results meetings (RMR), ensuring follow-up on action plans and management rituals. * Use management and quality tools for continuous process improvement. * Collaborate with Talent Acquisition & Selection on recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Assess organizational structures and workforce movements (promotions, merit adjustments, role changes), ensuring alignment with compensation and benefits policies. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation through indicator analysis and interpretation. * Support leaders during involuntary separations and manage offboarding for eligible positions, including exit interviews. * Visit assigned units to strengthen relationships, understand local needs, and ensure proximity to business operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Engineering, Social Communication, or related fields. * Experience or knowledge of core Human Resources processes (development, compensation, budgeting, talent acquisition & selection, performance management). * Knowledge of daily operations management and continuous improvement tools. * Data analysis skills, ability to interpret indicators, and develop action plans. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Valid driver’s license (preferred). * Experience or familiarity with the education sector (preferred). **Additional Information** Work Location: Work Schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. **At YDUQS you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and extended family members (parents, siblings).
