We welcome individuals who enrich our team, regardless of nationality, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other differences. **Join us on this journey to provide food for the world!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Fabrication and repair of metal components (cutting, bending, fitting, and welding). * Assembly of structures and components used in mining equipment. * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on metal parts and structures. * Visual and dimensional inspection of components to identify wear and defects. * Replacement of wear plates, linings, and damaged parts. * Operation of tools and machinery: oxy-fuel torch, plasma cutter, saw, bending machine, presses. * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and sketches. * Ensuring alignment, tolerances, and quality of fabricated parts. * Recording activities in work orders and supporting planning. * Strict adherence to safety regulations (NR\-12, NR\-18, NR\-22, NR\-35\). * Workshop organization and good 5S practices. * Teamwork with welders, mechanics, and field teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School Education * Technical or vocational training in Boilermaking, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Metalworking, or related fields. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Operation of cutting machines (oxy-fuel torch, plasma cutter, saw) **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MANY BENEFITS WAITING FOR YOU HERE** **Health insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Dental insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Life insurance** **Meal allowance or food voucher for your daily needs** **On-site cafeteria (subject to location)** **Maternity leave of 6 months (Citizen Company Program)** **Paternity leave of 20 days (Citizen Company Program)** **We offer a special Support and Care Program for employees and their families** **You will have access to a physical activity platform: Wellhub** **Education and Language Program (in accordance with company policy)** We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
