Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** An agile individual capable of resolving tickets efficiently and committed to customer satisfaction. **Your typical day will include:** * Receiving, classifying, registering, handling, resolving, and, when necessary, escalating incidents/tickets and service requests to another support level * Registering in the ITSM tool to ensure proper routing to the correct team * Guiding users regarding current processes, policies, and procedures * Handling service requests and incidents with users either directly or remotely * Participating in audit and quality assurance processes for tickets and teams * Keeping incident/ticket requesters informed about progress, providing clarifications, guidance, and updates * Configuring and maintaining software and equipment **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of Windows * Basic understanding of computer networks and information security **Preferred Qualifications** * ITIL certification * MCITP or MCSE certification **Working Hours** * 08:00 \- 17:00, Monday to Friday * On-site work in Araxá/MG **NOTE:** Hey!
