Main Responsibilities * Schedule transportation according to customer requirements and the availability of drivers and equipment, optimizing equipment relocation costs for service delivery by allocating assignments in the Rodopar ERP System (Cargo Scheduling/Monitoring); * Perform daily scheduling of customer appointments received via e\-mail and verbally in the ERP system – Rodopar (Cargo Scheduling/Cargo Planning). * Issue and verify necessary documentation for transportation; * Inform customers of equipment status and any issues encountered en route or with cargo; * Instruct drivers on critical aspects or specific operational requirements of each customer; * Monitor and plan equipment downtime for preventive maintenance based on reports provided by the Logistics Coordinator; * Monitor inventory levels of transported products at the earliest possible time, as specified in the customer's specific requirements. * Conduct follow-ups with drivers, shippers, and customers regarding trip progress.
