Maintenance of professional demeanor and good communication with passengers **Responsibilities:** * Organize passenger boarding, ensuring order, safety, and proper guidance. * Organize, accommodate, and safeguard passenger luggage. * Carry out trips according to the established schedule, operating the vehicle responsibly and attentively while complying with traffic regulations. * Check bus operational conditions prior to departure, including safety equipment, cleanliness, and documentation. * Verify loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring alignment with provided information. * Prioritize passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey. * Report any irregularities, mechanical failures, or incidents to the responsible team. * Maintain a professional demeanor, courtesy, and effective communication with passengers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Valid driver's license appropriate for the role (typically Class D or E). * Prior experience as a collective transportation driver (preferred). * Knowledge of traffic regulations and defensive driving techniques. * Availability to work on rotating shifts. * Passenger transportation driver training course.
