




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for recording working hours, logging activities, controlling equipment and materials, preparing daily construction reports, and providing administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and operational supervision of construction projects. 2. Responsibility for recording and updating information. 3. Direct support to engineering teams and site supervisors. **Work location is along BR 153; easy access to the site is required.** **Main Responsibilities** · Record employees' **clock-in, clock-out, and working hours** on site. · Perform **daily logging of completed activities**, productivity metrics, and team assignments. · Monitor the **use of equipment and machinery** at work fronts. · Prepare and update **daily construction reports**. · Support the control of **materials used** in construction activities. · Forward timekeeping data to the **HR / Payroll Department** for payroll verification. · Assist engineers, site supervisors, and foremen with **administrative oversight of the construction project**. · Ensure all recorded information is **accurate and up-to-date**. Comply with the company's internal procedures.
