The professional will be a key contributor in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the management system for our clients, ensuring the platform delivers outstanding performance aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong development and process analysis skills, and focus on delivering solutions that add value and improve operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities Development and Customization· Develop and maintain customizations, screens, triggers, and specific routines within the Sankhya ERP using JavaScript and other platform tools to meet new business demands. · Design, build, and maintain robust integrations between the Sankhya ERP and legacy systems or third-party platforms (via APIs, Web services, database connections, etc.). · Lead process automation and internal workflow digitization by proposing and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Implementation and Requirements Analysis· Conduct implementation and configuration of Sankhya ERP modules, ensuring settings reflect business rules and internal customer needs. · Collaborate with business areas to analyze requirements and translate them into feasible technical solutions, defining scopes for integrations and ERP enhancements. · Perform functional and performance testing to validate developed features, ensuring data integrity and delivery quality. Dashboards· Create, maintain, and optimize managerial dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making, using tools such as Sankhya BI, Power BI, or similar. · Analyze data and extract insights to guide process improvements and company performance enhancement. Support and Training· Provide specialized technical support and continuous system maintenance, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving user incidents, issues, and queries. · Train and guide end users by conducting sessions on both new and existing ERP functionalities to ensure optimal system utilization. · Actively collaborate with the IT team and business units across various demands related to the Sankhya ERP ecosystem. **Essential Requirements (Mandatory):** **Proven Experience:** Solid professional experience in implementing, configuring, developing, and/or maintaining the Sankhya ERP and its integrations. Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge of core business processes (Finance, Tax, Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Billing, etc.) and how they map to the system. Customization Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript applied to screen, trigger, event, and routine development and customization within the Sankhya ERP and integrations. Database Knowledge: Strong SQL skills for querying, extracting, and manipulating data (preferably PostgreSQL or SQL Server). **Integrations:** Practical experience in developing and maintaining integrations between the ERP and other systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), Web services, and/or direct database connections. **Technical Support:** Hands-on experience in user technical support activities, including diagnosing and resolving system incidents and issues. Knowledge of business processes (finance, tax, accounting, inventory, procurement, etc.). **Behavioral Competencies and Differentiators:** **Problem Solving:** Excellent analytical ability and logical thinking to identify root causes and propose effective, sustainable solutions. **Differentiator:** Sankhya certifications will be considered a significant advantage. CLT SALARY RANGE: BRL 4,000 TO 5,000.00 + BRL 700 meal allowance + health insurance + dental insurance + group life insurance + PLR up to 2 monthly salaries per year. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
