Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and resilient Senior SAP CO Consultant to lead the transition from a customized ECC environment to S/4HANA, balancing global guidelines with local requirements, with a focus on reducing legacy customizations. Balance the global template with Brazil localization **What We Are Looking For?** We are looking for a Senior SAP CO Consultant with a strategic and resilient profile to work on one of today’s most challenging market projects: the transition from a highly customized ECC environment to a global S/4HANA template. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Rollout projects, strong technical skills to navigate a complex global landscape, and business acumen to manage change. We seek a professional who can balance global template directives with Brazil’s critical local requirements—including implications of the Brazilian tax reform—and possesses the technical authority to guide clients back to standard (Standard) processes, thereby reducing dependence on legacy customizations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the CO module implementation and adaptation process within the S/4HANA Rollout, ensuring alignment with the global template. * Map "As\-Is" (highly customized ECC) and "To\-Be" (S/4HANA Global Template) processes, identifying gaps and proposing solutions. · Configure and support CO sub\-modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis). · Directly address Brazil localization, ensuring fiscal requirements and the new Brazilian tax reform are incorporated into the global architecture. * Collaborate with global teams in technical and business meetings, using fluent English for presentations and documentation. * Validate and conduct integrated testing, as well as support Go\-live and Hypercare phases. * Train end users (Key Users) on new S/4HANA functionalities and processes. **Requirements:** * Solid experience as an SAP CO Consultant (Senior level). * Proven experience in S/4HANA Rollout projects. * Comprehensive mastery of Controlling (CO\-PC, CO\-PA, CO\-OM, and Material Ledger) processes. * In-depth knowledge of Brazil localization (Tax and Requirements). * Experience in complex landscapes with global integrations. * Technical negotiation skills to handle resistance to discontinuing customizations (Z's). * Familiarity with agile methodologies and SAP implementation methodologies (Activate). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Official SAP S/4HANA certification. * Practical knowledge or advanced studies regarding the impact of the Brazilian tax reform on SAP. * Prior experience in ECC-to-S/4HANA transition projects (Brownfield or Greenfield). * Basic understanding of integration with the FI module (FICO) and foundational technical knowledge (Debugging/ABAP) for legacy analysis. **Location:** Belo Horizonte \- MG **Work Model:** Hybrid **Language Requirement:** English \- Advanced Level **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals can interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring forward new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
