Job Summary: We are seeking a resilient, analytical, and consultative Senior SAP MM Consultant for a digital transformation project migrating from ECC to global S/4HANA. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with global teams in a dynamic and multicultural environment. **What We Are Looking For?** We are looking for a resilient, analytical, and consultative Senior SAP MM Consultant to work on one of the most challenging digital transformation projects in today’s market: migrating a highly customized ECC environment to a global S/4HANA template. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in Rollout projects, demonstrating the ability to balance global template guidelines with local operational complexities. We seek someone capable of navigating complex landscapes, communicating effectively with international stakeholders, and possessing the technical maturity required to guide business process re-adaptation—ensuring compliance with Brazil Localization and nuances of the Tax Reform. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform Fit/Gap analysis between the global S/4HANA template and the operational requirements of the Belo Horizonte plant. * Lead the MM track in the Rollout project, ensuring integrity of procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification processes. * Actively participate in configuration and adaptation of Brazil Localization (TAXBRA/CBT), considering both immediate and future impacts of the Tax Reform. * Manage the transition from a historically customized ECC environment to S/4HANA best practices (Standard\-first). * Collaborate with global teams to align technical and functional definitions, participating fully in meetings and daily stand-ups conducted entirely in English. * Support data mapping, migration, testing (unit/integration), and training of Key Users. * Identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the Supply Chain flow using new S/4HANA functionalities. **Requirements:** * Solid experience as a Functional SAP MM Consultant (Senior level). * Proven experience in Rollout projects (ECC to S/4HANA or S/4HANA implementation). * In-depth expertise in Brazil Localization (taxes, Electronic Invoice, fiscal integrations). * Technical knowledge to handle highly customized scenarios and strategies for returning to standard (Standard) processes. * Ability to operate in global and multicultural environments. * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior knowledge or studies regarding the impact of the Tax Reform on the MM/Tax module. * Experience with SAP Ariba or integration with e\-procurement platforms. * Official SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Basic ABAP knowledge (Debugging) to support error analysis. **Location:** Belo Horizonte \- MG **Work Model:** Hybrid **Language Requirement:** English \- Advanced level (Essential for interaction with the global team) **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not?—the world.
