Humanized service aligned with quality standards **Job Opening: Receptionist – Dental Clinic** **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional to work as a Receptionist at a dental clinic, responsible for public reception, front desk organization, and administrative support, ensuring humanized, organized, and quality-aligned service consistent with the clinic's standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel (WhatsApp and e\-mail) service; * Receive patients and provide information regarding services, schedules, fees, and health insurance plans; * Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments and procedures; * Register and update patient data in the system; * Organize medical records, documents, and physical and digital files; * Support front desk administrative routines; * Assist with payment tracking, where applicable; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and professional appearance of the reception area; * Support clinical and administrative teams with daily tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in public service (preferably in a dental clinic or healthcare setting); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, courtesy, and proactivity; * Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
