Conduct inventory control, manage supply orders, and organize the dining area and customer service zone. Provide customer service while maintaining quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage the customer service team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting training initiatives. Track sales metrics, costs, and business results, proposing actions to improve revenue generation. Ensure compliance with franchise standards, cleanliness, food safety, and overall environment organization. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
