Operations Assistant

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for full inventory management, including receiving, organizing, picking products, and maintaining the work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Full inventory management: receiving, organizing, and preparing products. 2. Collaborating with the sales team and support staff to organize the store. 3. Maintaining inventory organization and cleanliness, as well as the workspace. * Receive products shipped from headquarters, perform unloading, and transport them to the warehouse; * Arrange products on shelves in ascending order (from smallest to largest number), following the sequence: (women\-children\-men\-footwear\-accessories); * Verify and store products returned from the sales floor by sales staff; * Clean the warehouse, ensuring the area remains tidy and well-maintained; * Organize and discard empty boxes that will not be reused; * Securely bundle cardboard boxes for loading, keeping them neatly arranged; * Identify products requiring restocking in the sales area, pick and prepare them in the warehouse, and make them ready for delivery and restocking; * Handle products returned from fitting rooms by placing them back into their correct boxes with matching pairs, including model and size; * Conduct inventory counts in the warehouse upon request; * Guide the sales team when they have questions or difficulty locating a product. * Pay close attention and exercise care during product tagging to follow procedures and avoid damaging footwear/accessories; * Insert laces into footwear boxes when laces arrive completely loose; * Assist in organizing the sales floor by properly storing footwear in their respective boxes and delivering them to the base of the stairs; * Assist with ad-hoc tasks across the unit while keeping the work area consistently clean and organized; * Collect products from the cashier area upon request from a supervisor; * Resolve discrepancies in inventory items identified throughout the day; * Be available for travel when selected by the company; * Conduct inventories at units when required; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.630,00 per month Work Location: On-site
