Ensure compliance with safety regulations **Description:** We are seeking a professional to work as a **General Services Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating and supervising operational teams to ensure proper execution of cleaning, maintenance, and operational support activities according to company-established standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the general services team (cleaning, maintenance, and operational support); * Assign daily tasks and monitor execution; * Monitor usage of cleaning materials and supplies; * Request replenishment of materials when necessary; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE; * Monitor team attendance, performance, and discipline; * Support management in organizing operational routines; * Report incidents and requirements to the responsible manager. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a supervisor/team leader in operational roles; * Experience managing cleaning or general services teams; * Basic knowledge of administrative routines (material and team management).
