Hotel located in the center of Uberlândia is hiring a KITCHEN ASSISTANT. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Wash, peel, cut, and prepare food as directed by chefs. * Sanitize fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients according to sanitary regulations. * Organize ingredients and utensils to facilitate team workflow. * Assist in plating dishes, desserts, salads, and buffet setups upon request. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, countertops, utensils, and equipment. * Assist in receiving, verifying, and storing goods. * Ensure proper waste segregation and correct use of PPE. * Restock supplies such as seasonings, packaging, utensils, and others. * Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and good handling practices. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in this role * Completed elementary education * Flexible availability **BENEFITS** * Salary: BRL 1,804.04 + 8% attendance bonus * Bonus: BRL 300.00 * Meal allowance: BRL 20.00 per day * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance **WORK SCHEDULE** From 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 1,950.00 – BRL 2,250.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
