Job Summary: Lead and guide the cleaning team, ensuring tasks are performed according to established standards, while planning, monitoring, and inspecting areas to maintain quality. Inspection and assurance of cleaning standards Lead and guide the cleaning team, ensuring all tasks are executed according to established standards; when necessary, directly perform tasks to ensure operational efficiency and work quality. Plan, assign, organize work schedules, and monitor team activities, ensuring all cleaning requirements are met; additionally, adjust task assignments as new needs arise. Guide the team by demonstrating best practices in cleaning and workplace safety, ensuring all employees comply with required standards (following work instructions, proper use of PPE, and safety regulations). Inspect cleaned areas, correcting and completing tasks as needed to maintain cleaning and organizational standards. Place supply orders. Promptly identify and resolve any cleaning-related issues to prevent service interruptions or deficiencies. Maintain open and transparent communication with the team, leading respectfully and in an organized manner. Conduct regular rounds across all departments to monitor employee performance in carrying out their duties, providing support and addressing questions or gaps. Complete checklists and other documents requested by management related to cleaning processes.
